Tune in (or come in!) as chocolate queen Rhonda Kave teaches you everything you wanted to know about craft chocolate making! Learn the chocolate making process from the bean to bar while tasting through samples from award-winning craft chocolate makers featuring cacao from around the globe! You’ll be amazed at the variety of flavors expressed in these origin cocoas— you’ll never look at chocolate the same way again.

The class is just under an hour with ample time for Q&A.

IN PERSON CLASS PROCEDURE:

Step 1. Call us at 212-677-1216 to book a date that works for us all.

Step 2. Provide the $200 flat rate private booking fee to secure your class date/time.

Step 3. Pay balance of $75/person for the class day of or prior to the event

VIRTUAL CLASS PROCEDURE:

Step 1: Book your class. We’ll work together to pick a date and send you a confirmation email with your order number!

Step 2: We’ll send you an email with a csv file so you can add all your attendee’s information.

Step 3: Have each participant order their own Chocolate Tasting Kit and include the class order number in their order notes.

Step 3: Attend the class online and get your chocolate on!

Class can be hosted on your own video hosting platform or our Zoom platform.
