You can sign up below for the number of guests in your party, cost per person is $100. There will be an additional flat fee of $200 (regardless of group size) for booking the private date/time for your class. This will be charged when you call us at (212) 677-1216 to book your private class.

Join chocolate queen Rhonda Kave in person at our shop in NYC! She’ll teach you everything you wanted to know about chocolate truffle making!

You’ll learn the secret to making foolproof chocolate ganache & explore several ways to use it in your own home kitchen. Hand roll and finish a dozen chocolate ganache truffles to round out (so to speak) your experience! Each class lasts about an hour and is fully hands on.

Step 1: Choose the number of guests in your party from the drop down menu below. You’ll be charged $100/person at checkout for the class experience.

Step 2: Call us at (212) 677-1216 to arrange the date and time for your class. We’ll charge the $200 flat rate booking fee at this time. You’ll receive an email from Roni-Sue confirming the date and time of your class.

Step 3: Attend the class with your group or team and get your chocolate on!
